Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative and strategic Executive Director - Branding & Marketing to lead its branding and marketing efforts. This role is responsible for shaping the narrative of Qiddiya as a premier destination for entertainment and leisure. The Executive Director will oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, PR, and community engagement, while leading a marketing team to position Qiddiya at the forefront of the entertainment and tourism industry.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy aligned with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
- Lead the creation and evolution of Qiddiya’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Oversee marketing campaigns that enhance awareness and drive engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategy.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including media, partners, and community organizations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in branding and marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing branding and marketing strategies within entertainment, tourism, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with expertise in brand storytelling and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
