Job description
The Warehouse Supervisor in Doha, Qatar, is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of warehouse operations and administration. The role encompasses coordinating all purchase requirements for the warehouse, overseeing daily operations, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate stock and documentation. The supervisor ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Qatar Free Zone (QFZ) regulations, while supporting the Operations and Head Office teams with timely updates and coordination. This position is critical for ensuring smooth workflow, operational efficiency, and accurate record-keeping across the warehouse, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and compliance.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all upcoming and existing purchase requirements to maintain optimal warehouse stock levels and operational readiness.
- Manage event-related coordination with Head Office and vendor teams to support timely warehouse operations.
- Oversee daily warehouse administration and operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and compliance with operational procedures.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery, proper documentation, and resolution of any operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and warehouse documentation to support reporting and auditing requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and Qatar Free Zone (QFZ) regulations.
- Provide consistent support to Operations and Head Office teams through regular updates, coordination, and reporting.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, supervision, or administration, demonstrating strong operational knowledge.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.
- Basic computer skills, preferably with ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operational requirements effectively.
- Male candidate (as per operational requirement).
- Bachelor's Degree.
