Job description
The Account Executive role at ZenHR focuses on acquiring new small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers and managing the full end-to-end sales cycle for a cloud-based HRMS platform serving the MENA region. The position is responsible for prospecting potential clients, identifying new sales opportunities through networking and partnerships, conducting product presentations and pitches, negotiating agreements, closing deals, and delivering post-sales customer service. The role involves engaging with customers throughout account planning, deal development, and closing stages, maintaining frequent client contact to understand business needs, responding to complaints, resolving issues to protect company reputation, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Account Executive also participates in managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest, designs detailed business plans to achieve quotas, and contributes directly to ZenHR’s mission of driving digital transformation across the HR value chain, from talent acquisition to retirement, using a cloud-based HRMS solution.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and long-term partnership building
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous engagement and face-to-face meetings
- Engage customers throughout account planning, deal development, negotiation, and closing stages
- Present HRMS products and solutions to prospective SME clients
- Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain accurate sales records
- Design and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and quotas
- Manage and participate in industry events and user groups to generate market interest
- Maintain frequent contact with clients to understand evolving business needs
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and protect company reputation
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Possess 1 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in sales or customer service roles
- Demonstrate experience in acquiring new business and managing full sales cycles
- Exhibit proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
- Show capability to work in a growth-oriented SaaS and HR technology environment
