Job description
The Warehouse Coordinator role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is responsible for managing warehouse operations, order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment activities within a warehouse and e-commerce environment. The position requires executing order processing in a timely manner within defined cut-off times while monitoring productivity and achieving daily order processing targets. The role includes following up with helpersā productivity, ensuring completion of assigned daily tasks, and maintaining daily operational reports and KPI dashboards. The Warehouse Coordinator must demonstrate strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) applications for picking, packing, and e-commerce order procedures, including platforms such as Noon and Amazon. Responsibilities also include verifying and monitoring inventory discrepancies, managing stock adjustments, and maintaining accurate stock levels through inventory management processes. The candidate will ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance with HSE policies and procedures while supporting overall warehouse functioning. The role requires proficiency in WMS and inventory management platforms including Infor, Oracle EBS, Manhattan, SAP MM, and Increff, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills including functions and formulas. The Warehouse Coordinator will support operational reporting, performance tracking, productivity monitoring, and fulfillment coordination while ensuring smooth warehouse operations and compliance with safety and operational standards.

- Monitor and follow up on helper productivity, assign daily operational tasks, and ensure completion of warehouse activities
- Maintain daily operational reports, productivity tracking, and KPI dashboards for warehouse performance monitoring
- Utilize WMS applications for picking, packing, and e-commerce order procedures including platforms such as Noon and Amazon
- Verify and monitor inventory discrepancies, perform stock adjustments, and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency in compliance with HSE policies and procedures
- Coordinate warehouse operations including picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities
- Support inventory management processes using WMS and ERP systems including Infor, Oracle EBS, Manhattan, SAP MM, and Increff
Experience & skills
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management domains
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations
- Demonstrate proficiency in inventory management systems including Infor, Oracle EBS, Manhattan, SAP MM, and Increff
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel including functions and formulas for reporting and analysis
- Demonstrate experience in e-commerce fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and order processing
- Demonstrate knowledge of HSE policies and warehouse safety procedures
