Job description
Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a B2B Key Account Manager to join its Fleet (B2B) team within the Automotive division. The role is focused on identifying, qualifying, developing, and growing business with corporate and government customers across the UAE by delivering tailored fleet mobility solutions and promoting TE brands. The position involves executing a strong corporate sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, developing new go-to-market approaches across industries and emirates, and delivering consultative sales pitches that clearly articulate TE brand value propositions. The Key Account Manager serves as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships and securing annual purchase plans. The role requires collaboration with internal sales, aftersales, operations, and technical teams to support the deployment and operation of charging infrastructure and fleet mobility solutions. Responsibilities also include proactive prospecting, market insight generation, monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, particularly in new energy vehicles. The position ensures accurate customer data management, prepares fleet performance reports, manages accounts receivable within company guidelines, and supports exceptional customer satisfaction across the entire client lifecycle.

- Achieve quarterly and annual corporate fleet sales targets by executing a structured B2B sales strategy
- Develop and execute new go-to-market approaches across multiple industries and emirates within the UAE
- Deliver consultative sales pitches that articulate TE brand value propositions and tailored fleet mobility solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and government key accounts, securing annual purchase plans
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market insights
- Act as the single point of contact for all assigned key account matters
- Collaborate with internal sales, aftersales, operations, and technical teams to deploy charging infrastructure and fleet mobility solutions
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies with a focus on new energy vehicles
- Ensure accurate customer data management and prepare detailed fleet performance reports
- Maintain accounts receivable in line with company guidelines and policies
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Automotive B2B fleet sales within a commercial or major account role
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Maintain a strong and active network of fleet customers across the UAE
- Possess a solid understanding of aftersales requirements for B2B automotive customers
- Demonstrate understanding of new energy vehicles and charging solutions
- Show experience in consultative sales, with SaaS sales exposure considered an advantage
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database tools
- Exhibit English fluency, with Arabic language skills considered a strong advantage and mandatory for initial team hires
