Job description
The Graphic Designer at GEMS Corporate Office will be responsible for developing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts that effectively represent the GEMS brand across traditional and digital platforms. The role includes rolling out the new corporate identity globally, producing innovative visual solutions within constraints of cost and time, and collaborating with internal teams including education, enrolment, business development, and marketing to translate business needs into effective design solutions. The position also involves close coordination with web developers and other marketing specialists to ensure consistency in content and messaging. Candidates must have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), as well as PowerPoint, and preferably Dreamweaver and Flash. Knowledge of artwork preparation, print and production processes, and a solid understanding of the marketing mix are also required. This position demands agility in adapting skillsets with evolving industry standards and sustaining the brand's position at the forefront of educational marketing design.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design or related field from a recognized institute
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint
- Experience with Dreamweaver and Flash is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to develop viable creative concepts under tight deadlines and within budget
- Knowledge of artwork preparation, reprographics, print and production processes
- Understanding of the marketing mix and its visual application
- Commitment to safeguarding policies and ability to pass a UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check
