Job description
The Restaurant Marketing Specialist at Deliveroo Kuwait City is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing restaurant-focused marketing programs to drive customer engagement, increase orders, and enhance brand visibility. The role includes developing co-marketing campaigns with restaurant partners, managing multi-channel marketing strategies across physical and digital spaces, and ensuring campaign execution excellence with meticulous program management. The specialist collaborates with global counterparts, commercial teams, product teams, and internal marketing leads to align on strategy, channels, and budgets. The role requires monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data, providing insights for optimization, and identifying opportunities for program and process improvements. Candidates will leverage strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills while delivering innovative marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing annual restaurant marketing plans to drive customer value and incremental orders
- Develop and execute high-profile marketing innovations with restaurant partners, including multi-restaurant promotions
- Ensure seamless execution of 'painting the town teal' visibility initiatives across physical and digital spaces
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute optimal restaurant marketing strategies and budget allocations
- Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance, and share learnings with local and global teams
- Proactively identify program and process improvement opportunities for restaurant marketing activities
- Ensure data integrity by validating results, identifying anomalies, and deriving insights for campaign optimization
- Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring precision, consistency, and high-quality delivery across all marketing initiatives
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or F&B sectors
- Proven experience managing co-marketing campaigns and multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-informed decision-making and performance-based marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize high-impact activities
- Self-starter with creative and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Kuwait F&B scene and restaurant marketing channels
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with advanced Excel / Google Sheets and data dashboards for analysis
- Experience in marketing for eCommerce or multi-vendor platforms is a plus
