Job description
The Project Manager role acts as the central nerve center for KSA operations, responsible for tracking, managing, and accelerating opportunities across a diverse global portfolio. The position bridges high-level government engagements with operational execution, maintaining a single source of truth for the project and opportunity pipeline while ensuring leadership has accurate, data-driven insights to support critical decision-making. The role requires building and rigorously maintaining the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel, monitoring project status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies across multiple business units including Logistics, Aviation, and Ventures. The Project Manager manages complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem, tracks engagements with key government entities, documents next actions, and ensures consistent follow-up. Responsibilities include preparing monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards, enforcing operational accountability by following up with Operating Companies to ensure deadlines are met, proactively identifying risks, delays, and resource bottlenecks, and ensuring continuity of project data and strategic relationships during organizational or priority shifts. The role demands deep familiarity with the KSA business environment, Vision 2030, and the working styles of Saudi government ministries, along with fluency in English and Arabic to navigate government documentation and internal reporting.
