The role involves administering CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, commission calculation platforms, Tableau and similar analytics platforms, while maintaining user accounts, permissions, governance standards, and access policies across GTM platforms. The administrator designs and maintains integrations across GTM systems using APIs, manages data synchronization logic and data mapping, troubleshoots sync issues, and collaborates with Sales Operations to implement scalable technical solutions. The role includes technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system issues, integration failures, and workflow breakdowns, working with vendors to resolve platform-specific problems, maintaining documentation for system configurations, integrations, and workflows, and ensuring compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations including GDPR and SOC2. The position supports reporting and analytics by ensuring clean, reliable data for dashboards, configuring reporting tables, sync rules, and integrations feeding BI tools, and providing insights on data quality, workflow performance, and adoption. The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Workato, API integrations, SQL, ETL/ELT workflows, data lake integrations, enterprise-grade CRM integrations, automation design frameworks, data governance, and cross-system workflow design to enhance GTM operations and revenue team efficiency.
