Based within OTTCO Technical Services (Oman Tank Terminal Co) in Duqm, the Senior Asset Integrity Engineer executes and governs integrity management for facility static equipment, on-plot piping, pipelines, and pressure relief valves (PRVs) in full partnership with Operations. The mandate includes assessing integrity and providing technical inputs to operate assets safely, minimize technical failures and incidents, prolong asset life, and reduce costs; planning and prioritizing inspection services using Risk Based Inspection (RBI) to assure availability, integrity, and safety while meeting regulatory and industry standards; and executing and implementing international and company standards and best practices to drive continuous improvement. The role optimizes inspection tasks and reduces maintenance costs via process and system improvements; documents integrity activities and maintains data in Asset Performance Management (APM), SAP, and related systems; reviews equipment reports, tracks performance, and issues recommendations to Operations and Maintenance; leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implements corrective actions; identifies conditions where static equipment, piping, pipelines, and PRVs are used outside specification and recommends remediation. It establishes and sustains systems and processes for assessing, monitoring, and continuously improving Asset Integrity Management; enforces governance so engineering, maintenance, and project work comply with technical standards, procedures, local regulations, and corporate standards; owns and improves inspection and integrity strategies to balance integrity, reliability, availability, and cost; develops and reports KPIs that evidence the delivery and effectiveness of integrity strategies; trains and mentors Graduate Integrity Engineers and Maintenance/Operations personnel on integrity and HSE aspects; advises on new equipment selection for long life, low OPEX, and reduced maintenance; analyzes equipment/process trends to identify improvement opportunities; participates in Management of Change (MOC); maintains auditable inspection records; executes RBI programs and process controls for inspection and monitoring; and ensures a safe working environment aligned with company and governmental rules. Technical breadth spans materials, corrosion, testing, inspection, integrity assessment and evaluations, reliability management, degradation mechanisms and mitigations, pipeline operation and maintenance, commissioning requirements, control systems and monitoring, and compliance with international industry standards (ASME, API, NACE).
