Job description
The Loyalty Data & Insights Manager is responsible for leading Sephora's Beauty Pass analytics and insight operations across the MENA region. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights that improve loyalty program performance and customer retention. The manager oversees loyalty KPIs, coordinates insight requests, manages reporting cadences, and ensures alignment between business needs and data capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical acumen, project management skills, and leadership ability to prioritize work, guide team performance, and optimize cross-functional data strategies.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee key Beauty Pass program KPIs, forecasting, and monthly reconciliation
- Monitor loyalty health metrics and generate insights to enhance program performance
- Lead insight requests for stores, e-commerce, brands, campaigns, and product launches
- Develop segmentation and conduct A/B testing to inform loyalty communication strategies
- Create and manage prioritization frameworks for competing data requests
- Deliver weekly/monthly loyalty performance reports to business leadership
- Maintain accessible dashboards and reporting tools with actionable insights
- Drive alignment and collaboration across E-commerce, Offers, Retail, and Central teams
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely, relevant data delivery
- Maintain a centralized data repository for access to historical insights and dashboards
- Coordinate with global tech teams to ensure data access and system reliability
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and insight generation
- Experience in retail industry with exposure to multiple brands and complex data segments
- Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization/reporting tools
- Proven success in using data to drive business decisions and loyalty optimization
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing a team of analysts or data professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural alignment with Sephora's fast-paced, collaborative environment
