Job description
The Manager β Marketing Food & Beverages is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive year-long marketing plan aligned with brand strategy to drive brand equity and business growth. Based in Riyadh, this role works closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure integrated marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives. The position oversees campaign planning, brand positioning, promotional strategies, and performance tracking to maximize market impact and revenue growth within the Food & Beverage portfolio. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement are essential to successfully implement marketing initiatives across channels and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with brand strategy and business objectives
- Drive brand growth and revenue performance through targeted marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, sales, and leadership teams to ensure marketing alignment
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns effectively
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using KPIs and analytics
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and brand activations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on marketing effectiveness
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing within Food & Beverage, hospitality, or related industry preferred
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and integrated marketing planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance
- Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
