The Manager – Operations Planning at Red Sea Global is responsible for driving strategic planning and enhancing operational efficiency within the Mobility Operations division. The role focuses on aligning transport and logistics with broader business goals through comprehensive analysis, resource optimization, and the application of data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include fleet planning, route optimization, capacity management, and demand forecasting, leveraging technologies such as GIS, TMS, and business intelligence platforms. The manager will lead a team of planners and analysts, oversee compliance with transportation regulations, and implement risk management frameworks and sustainability initiatives. The role also requires the development of dashboards, use of predictive modeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. A minimum of 7 years' experience in operations planning, logistics, or mobility services is required, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include certifications like CILT or APICS and experience with AI/ML in mobility planning.
