- Proven experience in financial operations within marketplace, e-commerce, fintech, or logistics environments
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite
- Experience with Jira or other ticketing/issue-tracking systems
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
