Job description
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is hiring a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead digital strategy, execution, and optimization for customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across web and in-store channels. The role oversees integrated digital campaigns, performance marketing, and brand-building initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and innovation. Responsibilities include managing the digital marketing budget, driving growth through campaigns and personalization, enhancing SEO/ASO and affiliates, implementing robust measurement frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally with CRM, Product, Analytics, and Brand Marketing teams. The role also involves leading a high-performing digital team and managing agency and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive digital growth marketing strategy combining performance marketing and brand-building.
- Drive digital sales growth through full-funnel campaigns, personalization, and targeted content.
- Manage upper-funnel efforts to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Own and strategically allocate the performance marketing budget to deliver online revenue targets.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints and champion digital innovation.
- Implement a measurement framework to assess digital marketing ROI and support test-and-learn culture.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
- Collaborate with CRM, Trade, Product, Advanced Analytics, and Brand Marketing teams to unlock growth opportunities.
- Oversee SEO, ASO, affiliates, and martech tools to increase organic traffic and user acquisition.
- Maximize ROI across web and mobile platforms.
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and key internal and external stakeholders.
Experience & skills
- Over 10 years of experience in performance/growth marketing with a background in eCommerce retail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- Digital marketing certifications such as Google or social media are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms including Google, Meta, Snap, TikTok, app stores, and affiliate networks.
- Proven analytical skills with ability to optimize performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, ROAS).
- Strong influencing, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through digital channels with a deep understanding of performance levers and campaign management.
