Job description
The Oracle Fusion Implementation Lead Analyst (Financials) will join the Cigna technology team responsible for developing and maintaining digital applications for the Middle East region. The role centers around implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials for health services and insurance businesses. The candidate must have expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP financial modules (AP, AR, FA, CM, GL), at least 2 end-to-end implementations, and broad domain experience in Oracle Cloud ERP. The position involves conducting functional and technical design workshops, mapping business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, managing data migration and system integration, and leading configuration and enhancement initiatives. The role also includes training delivery, Level 3 support, and working with Agile methodologies. Certifications in Oracle ERP and prior finance transformation experience are considered a plus.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional and technical design workshops for existing and new business requirements
- Identify business requirements and map them functionally to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and cross functional modules
- Work with users and team members to configure the system and resolve issues during or post implementation
- Lead data migration and integration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion
- Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for enhancement requests
- Assist business in Unit and System Integration testing
- Ensure implementation partner configures the system as per the agreed design
- Develop relationships with Finance and business teams to align application design with business needs
- Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to match requirements with configuration settings and create use cases
- Understand capabilities and identify risks and opportunities of deploying new functionality
- Provide level 3 support and conduct instructor-led application training
Experience & skills
- Hold a degree in Finance, Business Management or similar
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Oracle Financials consultant
- Have completed a minimum of 2 Oracle EBS implementation/support projects
- Be a subject matter expert within the Oracle Fusion ERP financials domain including AP, AR, FA, CM, GL
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle E-business Tax
- Have experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Possess broad knowledge and deep domain experience within Oracle Cloud ERP
- Be capable of designing and describing complex ERP (Finance and Operations) centric solutions on the Oracle Fusion platform
- Possess Oracle ERP Certifications (desirable)
- Have experience in an operational finance/accounting role (desirable)
- Have worked on finance transformation projects (desirable)
- Have experience working with Agile development methodologies (desirable)
