Job description
UAE Transfer Pricing regulation puts real documentation demands on groups operating here, and Grant Thornton's Direct Tax team in Abu Dhabi helps clients meet them. Sitting at Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager level, you help shape Transfer Pricing policies and strategies around each client's business. Documentation is a big share of the work, covering the Master File, Local File, CbCR and annual disclosure forms. Behind that sit functional and economic analysis, comparability work and benchmarking studies across different transaction types. Some projects go wider, into supply chain restructuring, tax-effective operating models and Advanced Pricing Agreements. Client communication, deadlines and expectation management are shared with the wider team, and junior colleagues look to you for coaching. Proposal writing and internal knowledge work round out the week. Expect to bring 4 or more years in Transfer Pricing and a firm grasp of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS Action plans and Middle East Transfer Pricing Regulation, with Arabic an advantage.
