Job description
Salesforce is hiring a Territory Account Executive to manage and expand strategic commercial and enterprise accounts across Qatar and the UAE, with a primary base in Dubai. This high-impact role is pivotal to Salesforce's EMEA growth strategy and requires both a hunter and a farmer mindsetābalancing new business acquisition with strategic account development. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with solution engineers, partners, and executive stakeholders to position Salesforceās cloud solutions through value-driven selling. This is a core role requiring deep regional knowledge, a track record in closing high-value software deals, and comfort working across C-level relationships.

Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined territory across Qatar and UAE focusing on strategic commercial and enterprise accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring quota attainment.
- Drive new business by identifying new logo opportunities and expanding revenue within existing accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans and deliver business cases using value-based selling and ROI modeling.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships and navigate complex enterprise sales environments.
- Collaborate internally with solution engineers, professional services, partners, and executives to align deal strategy.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue to meet performance targets.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events, client workshops, and networking engagements.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 7 years of technology/software sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling into commercial or enterprise accounts in the Middle East.
- Track record of exceeding quota and developing high-growth accounts.
- Strong skills in strategic sales planning, opportunity qualification, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in value-based selling methodologies and ROI-based justification.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive internal coordination across teams.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable traveling between UAE and Qatar for client meetings.
