Job description
The role leads the full Human Resources function for Jumeirah Al Naseem, a flagship property within the Madinat Jumeirah resort. Responsibilities include elevating HR performance through team empowerment, capability building, and embedding best-practice HR standards aligned with corporate and regional direction. The Director oversees the delivery of the full HR strategy, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable impact across the property. Key duties include driving productivity initiatives, enhancing leadership capability, devolving HR responsibilities across managerial levels, and maintaining effective internal communication flows that align with local, regional, and corporate messaging. The role requires overseeing HR budgeting, capital planning, and P&L management, providing financial clarity and operational agility. Additional responsibilities include organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development programsâsuch as national development and internshipsâwhile ensuring full compliance with HR policies and employment legislation. The ideal candidate brings 10â12 years of HR experience in luxury hospitality, proven recruitment and development leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to foster a service-driven culture while engaging confidently with colleagues and guests.
