Job description
The Officer β Freezone Services role supports the delivery of Freezone services in Abu Dhabi by managing and processing a wide range of client and tenant service requests while ensuring full compliance with Freezone regulations and government requirements. The role is responsible for processing visa-related applications including new visas, renewals, cancellations, and visa stamping, as well as supporting the processing of residence permits, entry permits, and exit permits in coordination with relevant immigration authorities and the Public Relations Officer (PRO). The position assists tenants and employees with E-channel activation and renewal through the ADAC gateway, supports the issuance and renewal of establishment cards, and processes requests for No Objection Certificates, employment certificates, and other official service letters. The Officer β Freezone Services acts as a key point of coordination between clients, internal teams, government representatives, and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery, accurate record keeping, and timely resolution of issues. The role includes maintaining CRM data, responding to client queries, supporting audits, preparing basic operational reports, monitoring service delays, and continuously enhancing knowledge of Freezone operations, safety, and compliance requirements while contributing to a safe and organized work environment.

- Process visa-related applications including new visas, renewals, cancellations, and visa stamping in accordance with Freezone and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer and immigration offices to follow up on visa and permit applications and assigned client requests.
- Support the processing of residence permits, entry permits, and exit permits in coordination with relevant government authorities.
- Assist tenants and employees with E-channel activation and renewal through the ADAC gateway.
- Support the issuance and renewal of establishment cards for Freezone clients.
- Process requests for No Objection Certificates, employment certificates, and other official service letters.
- Respond to client queries, provide service updates, and escalate complex cases to Senior Officers or the Manager when required.
- Collect customer feedback related to visa and Freezone service processing and update online systems to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain effective working relationships with government representatives, immigration offices, and service providers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, applications, and client interactions.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of CRM data for departmental reporting and tracking.
- Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support audit activities by providing accurate documentation and records when requested.
- Assist in the preparation of basic operational and management reports as requested by the line manager.
- Identify, document, and report service delays or process issues encountered during daily operations.
- Participate in learning and development activities to enhance knowledge of Freezone operations and client services.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, report hazards or unsafe conditions, and promote a safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Line Manager to support divisional and organizational objectives.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or an equivalent academic qualification.
- Possess 1β2 years of experience in a similar Freezone services, government services, or administrative role.
- Demonstrate experience in visa processing, permit coordination, or client service support functions.
- Exhibit familiarity with immigration processes, government authorities, and Freezone operations.
- Demonstrate ability to manage client requests, documentation, and records accurately.
- Show experience using CRM systems and digital service platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrate awareness of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements within a Freezone or government services environment.
