Doha British School's Al Wakra campus needs a part-time Primary P.E. Teacher to cover a maternity leave. Lessons follow the National Curriculum of England, adapted to Qatar's culture, heritage and values. Physical education here covers core movement skills, games, fitness and teamwork for primary-age pupils. Safety during practical activities matters in every lesson. Character development and strong pastoral care are central to the school's culture, and P.E. plays a natural part in both. Extracurricular activities and wider school events benefit from your contribution. Candidates need a Bachelor's in Education or equivalent, extensive experience with the National Curriculum of England and at least two years of teaching. International experience is an advantage but not required. Applicants must already be available locally in Qatar, and appointment depends on an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
