AWS Professional Services delivers cloud projects directly for customers and partners, and Engagement Managers are the people who keep those projects on track from first conversation to final outcome. Based with AWS EMEA SARL's Saudi Arabia Branch, this Senior Engagement Manager leads AWS consultants, partner resources and client teams on engagements across the full AWS platform. Some projects you manage independently, while others place you inside a larger delivery team. Each work stream starts with understanding the outcomes the customer needs, then moves through delivery under a clear governance structure, with risks raised early and expectations managed throughout. Customer satisfaction is a key measure of success. Travel to client locations comes with the job, since much of the delivery happens on-site. Hiring and onboarding new team members, along with sharing lessons across AWS teams, reflect the Amazon Leadership Principles in practice. Candidates bring 7+ years leading enterprise IT engagements in a professional services setting and 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams at scale. PMP, Scrum or AWS certification, and experience presenting to C-level executives, are preferred.
