Job description
As a Consultant at Frost & Sullivan, you will be part of a global team dedicated to delivering high-impact growth strategies. This role focuses on managing and executing strategic consulting projects across various sectors, particularly in alignment with Saudi Arabiaâs Vision 2030 programs. Youâll work closely with clients including ministries and semi-government entities, advising on strategic transformation, digital roadmap development, and market entry strategies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, with opportunities for regional travel, collaboration with global teams, and career advancement within an international consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities
- Manage project streams or projects
- Deliver key tasks of the consulting projects including research, analysis, recommendations, and coaching of junior team members
- Collaborate with market insight and industry teams
- Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insight
- Complete high quality project tasks on time and within budget
- Develop digital strategy and transformation roadmaps
- Test new business models and value propositions
- Benchmark companiesâ strategies and describe Best Practices
- Identify and prioritize strategic options including acquisitions
- Analyze market entry options with financial scenario modelling
- Evaluate strategic roadmaps through detailed action planning and financial simulation
- Conduct commercial and strategic due diligence
Experience & skills
- Bachelors / Masterâs Degree or MBA in related business discipline
- Engineering background
- PMP certification is mandatory
- 5â7 years of experience in strategy and transformation consulting
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in the Saudi market with consulting firms
- Experience in Vision 2030 projects such as NIS, NTP, PPP, Shareek
- Proven record of delivering projects for ministries, VROs, or semi-government entities
- Interest in digital trends
- Experience in C-suite and senior government stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Experience supporting sales teams and working in multicultural environments
