Job description
The Associate Product Manager (Tamheer) role is an on-site, full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, designed for early-career professionals eligible for the Tamheer Program with no GOSI registration in the past six months. The role supports the development of scalable, high-quality product experiences within a modern SaaS platform serving a large and diverse user base. The Associate Product Manager works within a cross-functional product squad, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in a hands-on, execution-focused environment. The position provides direct exposure to real product problems, discovery activities, delivery cycles, testing, release readiness, and post-launch follow-ups. It emphasizes learning through practice, ownership of scoped product work, and gradual development toward a full Product Manager role, contributing to problem understanding, requirement definition, usability considerations, delivery execution, outcome tracking, and continuous iteration while maintaining clear communication and documentation across stakeholders.

- Support product discovery by contributing to problem understanding and gathering user insights
- Assist in defining product requirements and documenting scoped product work clearly and accurately

Experience & skills
- Have 0–2 years of experience in product management, engineering, design, analytics, consulting, or a technology-adjacent role
- Be eligible for the Tamheer Program and have no GOSI registration within the past six months
- Demonstrate ability to execute tasks end-to-end with clear ownership and follow-through
- Show strong learning ability when working on unfamiliar problems or domains
- Apply structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems into actionable components
- Exhibit clear written communication and comfort explaining reasoning to stakeholders
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams while demonstrating reliability, accountability, and a bias toward action
