Job description
Lean is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Design team in Saudi Arabia to shape brand experience and visual communication initiatives tailored specifically for the Saudi market. The role focuses on producing localized visual assets in both Arabic and English across a wide range of media including social announcements, long-form editorial content such as reports and white papers, digital assets, and printed materials. The position bridges Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Client Operations teams to unify the visual Lean experience, from product interface mockups and demos to technical guides and product marketing resources, while ensuring strict adherence to Lean’s design standards and evolving brand guidelines. The role applies strong systems-thinking, deep design fundamentals, and cultural understanding of Saudi identity to influence branding, codify design decisions, document brand updates, and visualize complex technical and financial concepts into scalable, reusable graphic resources within a fast-moving fintech and open banking environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Produce localized visual assets in Arabic and English for digital and print channels including social media, reports, white papers, and marketing collateral
- Bridge Product and Commercial teams to unify visual design across product interfaces, demos, technical guides, and marketing resources
- Apply Saudi cultural and regional knowledge to influence branding and visual identity decisions
- Support and evolve Lean’s visual identity through marketing and brand initiatives
- Document branding updates and codify design decisions into clear, consistent guidelines
- Visualize complex technical and abstract financial concepts into scalable and reusable graphic resources
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Commercial, and Client Operations teams on visual communication initiatives
- Advocate and evangelize Lean’s design principles and best practices internally and externally
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution and consistency across all design outputs
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 3–5 years of experience in in-house or agency graphic design roles
- Show experience working across multiple media formats including static, animated, digital, and print
- Exhibit proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
- Present a portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in typography, color, spacing, layout, and visual styling
- Demonstrate ability to localize and translate design concepts between Arabic and English
- Exhibit knowledge of contemporary graphic design trends, particularly within Middle Eastern design communities
- Show experience documenting design systems, maintaining organized file structures, and supporting collaborative design workflows
