Job description
The Seller Engagement Manager at Amazon Seller Services is responsible for driving seller success, improving seller engagement, and enhancing customer experience across the MENATR region. This role focuses on developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies that support seller acquisition, engagement, and growth. The position involves managing large-scale marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and analytics. The Seller Engagement Manager will also create educational content, optimize communication channels, and provide insights to leadership teams. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The successful candidate will contribute to improving seller experience and operational efficiency while supporting Amazonās growth strategy across the region.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies to drive seller success, business growth, and improved customer experience across the MENATR region.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, webinars, online advertising, events, and seller communication platforms.
- Drive seller acquisition and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives and performance-driven communication strategies.
- Create educational content, documentation, and communication materials to improve seller knowledge and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, business metrics, and seller behavior to optimize marketing initiatives and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and analytics to align strategies and execute programs.
- Report key metrics, campaign performance, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to development of marketing tools, best practices, and process improvements while sharing insights with global teams.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or data-driven business environments.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing programs and multi-channel communication strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, and preferably SQL for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills with experience in customer-facing communication.
- Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or Pardot preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred, along with experience in content marketing, HTML, or web design frameworks.
