Job description
Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is hiring a Programme Manager in Dubai to lead its SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The role is accountable for developing and maintaining an integrated master plan, aligning IT, business, and operating company teams around a unified roadmap. Responsibilities include enforcing governance standards, coordinating resource allocations, managing risks, and preparing executive reporting for leadership. The Programme Manager will champion a culture of transparency and collaboration, ensuring readiness of solutions before deployment waves. This is a strategic leadership role interfacing with global stakeholders and C-suite executives to deliver large-scale ERP transformation.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain an integrated project plan covering all work-streams and dependencies
- Track progress, analyse variances, and publish KPI dashboards for leadership
- Enforce governance standards, templates, cadences, and approval gates across operating companies
- Coordinate resource allocations with PMO, business leads, and IT teams to remove bottlenecks
- Identify and surface critical risks early, driving cross-functional resolution
- Prepare status decks and decision memos for C-suite stakeholders
- Promote openness, accountability, and knowledge-sharing across global project teams
- Support quality-assurance reviews to ensure solution readiness before deployment waves
Experience & skills
- 8+ years managing large technology programmes
- 6+ years in PMO or programme-lead roles
- Proven success in delivering multi-country ERP transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Expertise in project-management frameworks (PMI, Agile)
- Recognised project management certification
- Strong communication and executive influencing skills across global, virtual teams
