The Commercial Account Manager role in Abu Dhabi, UAE within a leading manufacturing company focuses on driving revenue and margin growth through strategic sales planning, business development, and customer relationship management in the Surface Treatment sector across the Middle East and GCC region. The role is responsible for managing sales activities across designated territories and market segments, identifying and developing indirect sales channels, and strengthening relationships with distributors, partners, and end-customers. It requires implementing targeted business development strategies to expand market presence, increase sales performance, and achieve organizational revenue objectives. The position involves preparing commercial offers, conducting detailed market and competitive analysis, and leveraging insights to improve sales effectiveness and positioning. A key aspect of the role includes providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. The role also requires close collaboration with internal supply chain and collections teams to improve financial outcomes, including reducing overdue receivables and optimizing inventory value.
