Atlantis Dubai seeks a Creative Video Editor with Motion Graphics expertise to produce high-impact, conversion-driven marketing content across two iconic resorts (Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal), the worldâs largest waterpark, and 52 restaurants. The role demands strategic storytelling that stops the scroll within three seconds, turning casual viewers into engaged audiences and customers. Deliverables span social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), paid digital ad campaigns, OOH digital displays, and in-resort promotional screens. The editor will create multiple format adaptations optimized for different screen sizes and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), bring brand stories to life with bold transitions and motion graphics, and select music, sound effects, and pacing to match brand tone and energy. Using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve & After Effects, the editor will ensure all edits align with marketing goals to drive engagement, bookings, and brand visibility, while flexing across luxury and high-energy brand aesthetics. Responsibilities include managing and organizing a video asset library (footage, templates, projects), staying ahead of editing trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors, and producing content that performs across social feeds, resort screens, and major digital billboards. The role emphasizes multi-format optimization, performance-oriented creative, and rigorous brand consistency across touchpoints.

- Adapt editing style across different brand aesthetics from luxury, high-end experiences to high-energy, fun-filled content
- Manage and organize the video asset library, ensuring footage, templates, and projects are consistently categorized and easily accessible
- Monitor editing trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep content fresh, impactful, and compliant with best practices
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects for editing and motion graphics
- Show strong understanding of social media video formats and marketing best practices for performance across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Provide experience crafting video assets for digital OOH screens, in-resort displays, and paid digital campaigns with multi-format adaptations
- Exhibit ability to integrate motion graphics that enhance storytelling and reinforce brand identity across luxury and high-energy aesthetics
- Demonstrate a strong ear for music and sound effects selection to elevate edits and align with brand energy
