The position ensures smooth interaction between developers and regulatory authorities, supporting compliance with ADGM real estate governance frameworks while facilitating efficient project registration and development lifecycle management. The role serves as the primary point of contact for developers, guiding them through submission requirements, regulatory obligations, and procedural compliance across all stages of real estate development. It also supports onboarding activities by organizing orientation workshops, regulatory briefings, and stakeholder engagement sessions for both new and existing developers. A key responsibility is maintaining data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies between physical project progress and digital registry records, ensuring accuracy in the real estate folio system. The specialist contributes to process enhancement by reviewing and improving internal procedures, SOPs, and policy frameworks related to project registration, compliance monitoring, and record management. The role also involves knowledge management through documentation of precedents, procedural clarifications, and regulatory decisions to support institutional continuity. Additionally, the specialist tracks project development milestones and ensures registry updates align with actual construction progress. The role identifies procedural bottlenecks and recommends process optimization strategies to improve developer experience and operational efficiency. It also supports the integration of digital tools to enhance visibility of project status, approvals, and registry movements. The position requires adherence to strict information security policies, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of regulatory data within the ADGM governance environment.
