Job description
The Marketing Executive at The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah is responsible for undertaking and delivering marketing projects that support the company’s success in line with market trends and customer requirements. The role focuses on organizing and executing creative marketing campaigns and promotional activities, developing marketing campaigns, and devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data and statistics to identify and define target audiences, and compiling and distributing financial and statistical information to support marketing decision-making. The position requires the application of strategic planning principles, marketing best practices, digital marketing knowledge, social media expertise, customer relationship management, and the use of MS Office and marketing software within a hospitality and resort environment.

- Develop and implement structured marketing campaigns in line with company objectives, market trends, and customer requirements
- Organize and execute creative campaigns and promotional events that contribute to the company’s overall success

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven professional experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar marketing role
- Apply a good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Utilize proficiency in MS Office and relevant marketing software to support marketing activities
- Apply practical experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, customer relationship management, copywriting and content creation, project management, and budget management
