Job description
The GTM Manager for Cloud & AI Platforms at Microsoft UAE will lead go-to-market execution for Azure and AI solutions, driving consumption revenue, adoption, and market share growth. This role requires aligning strategy across marketing, sales, consulting, customer success, and partner teams to deliver results. Acting as a product and technical advocate, the GTM Manager will orchestrate solution play execution, enable field teams, manage partner engagement, and provide actionable insights to leadership, while ensuring Microsoftâs Cloud & AI value proposition resonates with customers and partners in the region.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across Cloud & AI solution plays.
- Leverage product, technical, industry, market and competitive knowledge to share insights and feedback with regional leadership.
- Execute Cloud & AI solution play plans, enable and activate sellers, and track plan efficacy.
- Drive sustainable growth within and beyond fiscal year and accept accountability for ACR performance and KPIs.
- Orchestrate and execute GTM plans across marketing, field, consulting, customer success, and partner functions.
- Partner with OCP to guide development and execution of partner programs to achieve target capacity and quality.
- Ensure field communities have enablement and activation needed to run the business locally.
- Align field and regional leadership on business results and required actions.
- Identify long-range white-space growth opportunities and investment plans.
- Drive competitive strategy execution with local sales, customers, and partners.
- Track investments, ensure Datacenter capacity and services availability, and escalate blockers as needed.
- Exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, and Leadership Principles by creating clarity and shared understanding.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, or technical pre-sales experience.
- Good understanding of Azure, cloud platforms, Gen AI marketplace, competition, solutions, and partner ecosystem.
- 10+ years relevant work experience and bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Experience managing and expanding product/solution portfolios and driving demand generation in complex organizations.
- Experience with pipeline acceleration and demand generation programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud migrations, enterprise workloads, and hybrid IT architecture is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
