Job description

CHANEL is hiring a Fragrance & Beauty Learning Partner specializing in Makeup to lead learning strategies across Middle East markets. This person will develop and deliver engaging training experiences, coach Beauty Advisors into professional Makeup Artists, and strengthen the luxury client journey across retail and wholesale channels. A critical business partner, this role integrates learning with strategic retail growth and artistry elevation in line with CHANEL values.

Key responsibilities

Execute local learning strategies across ME retail and wholesale channels
Design development plans and onboarding programs for new hires and boutiques
Coach Beauty Advisors in artistry and transform them into professional Makeup Artists
Partner with commercial and retail teams to address business needs via learning
Analyze client experience reports and lead targeted training actions
Facilitate masterclasses and in-store coaching sessions
Promote client-centric training approaches beyond product knowledge
