Job description
Logicom Distribution is seeking a Volume Account Manager to join its UAE team. The role focuses on driving growth by maintaining strong vendor relationships, managing assigned key accounts, and ensuring financial targets are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in ICT distribution, with strong knowledge of HP, Dell, or Lenovo product lines, and the ability to handle multiple partners while managing sales quotas and account profitability. This role requires quick responsiveness, pipeline oversight, and close alignment with vendors and internal teams for commercial success.

Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients across levels.
- Ensure financial targets and assigned sales quotas are achieved in designated accounts.
- Respond promptly to commercial quotations and retailer inquiries.
- Regularly update customer database and sales pipeline information.
- Report account performance to the Sales Manager on a consistent basis.
- Align with vendors on pricing, discounts, and commercial strategies.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely invoice collections.
- Support in achieving the companyâs product breadth targets and profitability margins.
- Continuously assess client needs and deliver value-driven product solutions.
- Recruit and manage relationships with new and existing partners.
- Handle partner credit lines and ensure internal compliance.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree required.
- 3â4 years of experience in ICT distribution within the UAE market.
- Proficiency in managing HP, Dell, or Lenovo product lines.
- Experience in UAE sales territory is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Solid MS Office skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple partners and high quotas.
- Proven ability in credit line management and partner acquisition.
- Sound understanding of pipeline and account management best practices.
