Job description
This role at Edenred UAE focuses on content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling for both B2C (C3Pay users) and B2B (Edenred UAE) audiences. Responsibilities include developing and executing content strategy, managing TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and in-app content, producing visual and video materials, planning and executing content shoots, supporting event activations, writing thought-leadership and corporate blog content, and tracking engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. The position intersects storytelling, community engagement, and brand strategy within a fast-growing fintech ecosystem, targeting HR and payroll leaders as well as general consumers.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive content calendar across B2C (C3Pay) and B2B (Edenred UAE) channels
- Craft compelling stories that educate, engage, and strengthen brand trust
- Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and in-app placements
- Plan and oversee content shoots from concept to final edit, collaborating with creative teams or external vendors
- Support monthly engagement events and activations at client accommodations and transform on-ground moments into digital content
- Write and publish blog articles, LinkedIn posts, and press content highlighting Edenred’s expertise in payroll, HR, and financial inclusion
- Measure and report on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics and refine content strategy based on insights
Experience & skills
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or brand communications (fintech, startups, or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, adaptable for both consumer and corporate audiences
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends across major platforms
- Experience planning and executing photo/video shoots and working with agencies or freelancers
- Comfortable appearing on camera for short-form content and campaigns
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Collaborative experience working across Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams
- Knowledge of Hindi preferred
