Job description
The Bid & Proposals Management Senior Manager at Accenture is a key leadership role within the Sales Excellence function. The individual will manage deal teams across the full bid lifecycle, applying sales process knowledge to ensure high-quality proposals that meet client needs and drive business outcomes. The role involves defining win strategies, planning resource needs, driving bid development, and fostering cross-functional communication. Candidates are expected to engage with senior leadership, facilitate collaboration across workstreams, and maintain positive team and client relationships. Experience with sales enablement, negotiations, and large-scale, complex bids is essential. The position requires strong knowledge of outsourcing, system integration, business services, and emerging technologies like cloud and security. Fluency in English and a bachelorās degree are mandatory, while an MBA is a plus. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for hybrid work.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage deal teams throughout the full bid lifecycle
- Define client value propositions, win strategies, and strategic messaging
- Determine required expertise and plan team resourcing accordingly
- Facilitate communication and coordination across all bid workstreams
- Build and maintain positive internal and client-facing relationships
- Optimize bid management tools, processes, and best practices
- Support continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
- Drive proposal development and ensure timely delivery of bid responses
- Contribute to sales strategy through insights and process improvements
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- Have 8+ years of experience in bid management or similar roles
- Demonstrate fluency in English (oral and written)
- Show excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Preferred: Hold an MBA or equivalent degree
- Preferred: Experience in sales enablement, negotiations, deal shaping, or financial modeling
- Preferred: Familiarity with outsourcing, system integration, business process services, or cloud/security technologies
- Preferred: Experience working on complex, multi-million-dollar professional services opportunities
