Job description
NEOM is seeking a Director to lead its Initiatives Management Office & Business Oversight under the CEO’s Office. This senior role involves translating the MD’s vision into strategic initiatives, overseeing cross-functional programs, driving performance monitoring, and reporting to executive stakeholders. The position serves as a key advisor to the MD and ensures high-impact delivery of prioritized initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee MD-sponsored strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with NEOM’s vision and goals
- Lead planning, execution, and governance of cross-functional programs
- Design and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and risk frameworks
- Drive initiative performance tracking and ensure resolution of delays
- Synthesize insights and updates for the MD and executive team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including government entities
- Conduct special studies and deliver executive-level reports and presentations
Experience & skills
- Proven experience leading large-scale strategic programs or PMOs
- Strong background in performance management, governance, and executive reporting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working with executive teams and boards
- Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
