Job description
This role represents Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Orthopaedics, focused on Trauma, responsible for achieving business targets through high-standard clinical promotion, technical support, and orthopedic service delivery for trauma customers. The Territory Manager operates predominantly in the field (75% of working time) providing emergency trauma case support, organizing customer meetings, executing marketing and promotion plans, generating leads, handling customer queries, preparing quotations, managing sales follow-up, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate product information delivery, supporting in-service training, managing stock and consumption monitoring, maintaining prompt, courteous, and reliable service, and supporting the business plan achievement. Operations take place within the evolving organizational context involving the planned separation of DePuy Synthes as a standalone orthopaedics company. High interaction with surgeons and healthcare professionals is expected, emphasizing orthopedic technical expertise, trauma readiness, and consistent achievement of sales and profit targets.

- Achieve assigned sales and profit targets
- Provide high-level orthopedic service to trauma customers
- Support trauma emergency cases whenever required
- Spend 75% of working time on field activities
- Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers to deliver marketing and promotion plans
- Generate leads and handle all customer queries, including preparing quotations and managing sales follow-up
- Maintain good customer relations and customer coordination
- Provide prompt and accurate product information and ensure optimal stock and product consumption levels
- Deliver relevant product information, including in-service training and case support
- Service and maintain existing customer base with prompt, courteous, and reliable support
Experience & skills
- Hold a University/Bachelorās Degree or equivalent; scientific or medical background preferred
- Possess 2ā5 years of orthopedic experience, with trauma experience preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Availability for immediate relocation to Riyadh
- Demonstrate technical skills and product knowledge in the orthopaedics field
- Show a successful track record in the field
- Display strong presentation skills
