Job description
The Manager QHSES Assurance is responsible for developing and managing Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security assurance frameworks across global operations. This role supports the establishment of a new management system, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads performance reviews, audits, and process improvement initiatives. The role requires a strong foundation in ISO standards, lean practices, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to enhance organizational effectiveness and quality performance across EPC construction and fabrication environments.

Key responsibilities
- Support the development and coordination of processes for the new Management System setup
- Assist the Global Director in establishing and maintaining the Management System globally
- Promote management system awareness through a structured engagement plan
- Lead QHSES leadership initiatives and introduce new improvement ideas
- Review and update the Management System Manual periodically and based on risk assessment
- Analyze audit and inspection results, identifying nonconformities and improvement areas
- Coordinate inputs and prepare documentation for Global Management reviews
- Participate in business improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma techniques
- Collaborate with process owners to implement major Quality Systems initiatives
- Translate complex concepts into clear instructions and training materials
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously enhance solutions
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in EPC construction or fabrication
- ISO Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 18001)
- Training in globally recognized Quality Management Systems
- Proven experience in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Ability to manage change in dynamic environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
