Job description
The Senior Account Partner (Snr. AP) for Success Cloud at Salesforce is a strategic sales leader responsible for selling the full suite of Success Cloud services to designated enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia. Operating as a trusted advisor, the Snr. AP will manage customer relationships throughout the lifecycle, focusing on business value generation, adoption, and expansion of Salesforce solutions. The role demands enterprise-level consultative sales experience, a strong grasp of business drivers and strategic goals, and the ability to build and manage personalized account and territory plans. This includes pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and coordination with internal sales and partner teams to achieve YOY growth in services bookings and revenue. The position is initially based on a UAE contract while operating in KSA, with eventual transition to a Saudi contract subject to Saudization compliance.

- Exceed Success Cloud growth and bookings targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Engage C-Level executives using a consultative sales approach
- Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with customer business goals
- Forecast services revenue accurately and build a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with License Sales and Partner teams to support joint success
- Establish Salesforce as a long-term strategic partner to enterprise customers
- Lead sales activities for large, complex engagements exceeding $1M
- Act as a business advisor on customer success strategy and transformation
- Mentor cross-functional teams and represent Salesforce at industry level
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of consultative sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- 5+ years experience selling/delivering professional services at a strategic consultancy or SI
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals and grow strategic accounts
- Experience building and maintaining C-level relationships
- Strong collaboration skills in matrixed environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
- Proficient in developing territory and account strategies to drive growth
