Job description
The Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance is responsible for acquiring, managing, and developing a Commercial Real Estate portfolio in line with the organization's objectives. The role is based across Sharjah and Dubai and falls within the Corporate Banking segment. Key responsibilities include increasing new customer relationships while maintaining high standards of customer service and delivery, achieving assigned annual targets for both assets and liabilities, and performing accurate financial analysis of customer requests. The Relationship Manager is expected to prepare an annual target list in consultation with the Head of Department, maintain ethical standards, and ensure effective follow-up and account monitoring to prevent portfolio downgrading and delinquency. Profitability must be achieved through increased limit utilization, fees and commission generation, and development of ancillary business. Portfolio management includes maintaining a well-diversified base and avoiding concentration risks. Client engagement is required at least on a quarterly basis through physical visits. Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in risk management are essential, along with thorough knowledge of UAE market developments and the banking industry. Familiarity with Central Bank regulations and procedures is a must. Candidates must have 6ā7 years of banking experience in corporate relationship management and must be fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong oral and written communication skills.
