Job description
The Social Media Lead at Tabby is responsible for shaping the company’s social media presence through video-first content strategy across platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging social channels. The role involves ideating, scripting, producing, directing, and appearing in short-form video content that transforms financial and money-related topics into engaging, relatable, and easy-to-understand content aligned with Tabby’s brand voice. The position manages day-to-day social media operations, identifies cultural trends, and develops seasonal campaigns including Ramadan and other key cultural moments relevant to the Saudi market. The role collaborates with marketing, brand, and creative teams to deliver campaigns and social initiatives while ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include influencer sourcing, UGC collaboration, content editing using tools like CapCut, and optimizing performance through platform analytics. The Social Media Lead monitors creator trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices, leveraging data-driven insights to improve content performance, engagement, and reach. The role requires strong on-camera presence, creative storytelling capabilities, and operational ownership of social content production across multiple channels.

Experience & skills

- Strong on-camera presence and ability to create engaging video content
- Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
