Job description
The Executive β Marketing at Jumeirah Muscat Bay in Muscat, Oman, supports the execution of marketing strategies and manages day-to-day marketing operations for a luxury resort with 195 rooms and suites. The role ensures all marketing and communication efforts adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining the hotel's artwork and image library. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for various platforms, managing social media channels and monthly reports, supporting photo and video shoots, developing annual PR and social media plans, managing media relations, and organizing hotel-level PR activities and events. The position also involves supporting strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and positioning, as well as managing marketing budgets and coordinating suppliers by raising purchase requests, processing invoices, and tracking project progress and performance. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment, with experience within a leading global luxury hospitality brand or internationally recognized luxury organization.

Key responsibilities
- Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager in executing marketing strategies and managing day-to-day marketing operations
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing and communication efforts align with brand guidelines and maintain the hotelβs artwork and image library
- Create engaging content across various platforms, support photo and video shoots, and manage social media channels and monthly reports
- Develop and implement annual PR and social media plans, manage media relations, and organize hotel-level PR activities and events
- Support strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and positioning
- Manage marketing budgets and supplier coordination, including raising purchase requests, processing invoices, and tracking project progress and performance reports
Experience & skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong proofreading, copywriting, and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English and local language (read, write, speak); additional language is an advantage
- Demonstrates Jumeirahβs core values and competencies with a strong focus on detail and quality
- Exceptional communication, time management, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
- 3β5 years of marketing experience within a leading global luxury hospitality brand or internationally recognized luxury organization
