Job description
The Partnership & Brand Collaboration Manager is responsible for the asset’s overall performance, value enhancement, and operational excellence. This includes day-to-day operations, tenant relations, marketing coordination, seasonal activations, financial performance, and strategic partnerships. The role requires a strong track record in securing partnerships and driving cross-brand collaboration to boost footfall and revenue for luxury retail destinations.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with marketing teams to design, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional events that align with the asset’s brand positioning and business goals.
- Oversee seasonal activations, including planning, budgeting, tenant engagement, and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Manage digital marketing and social media strategies in coordination with marketing to increase visibility and customer engagement.
- Leverage PR and media opportunities to enhance asset positioning in the market.
- Monitor marketing spend to ensure efficient use of budget and measurable returns.
- Develop and implement detailed plans for new season launches, ensuring alignment with mall branding and tenant readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, tenants) to deliver flawless launch events and activations.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of seasonal campaigns in driving footfall, sales, and customer engagement.
- Incorporate innovative concepts and partnerships to continuously refresh customer experiences.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with international and regional fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment brands to enhance mall positioning and customer experience.
- Develop co-branding and joint marketing initiatives with tenants and external partners.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements focusing on revenue growth, brand synergy, and customer engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance the mall’s reputation and network.
- Lead the management of all operational aspects to ensure the property functions efficiently, meets high standards of service, and complies with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants, proactively addressing operational and leasing issues to foster positive relationships.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 8 years' experience overseeing operations and marketing within a multi-tenant retail complex or lifestyle destination.
- Established network and prior experience engaging with international fashion, lifestyle, or F&B brands.
- Proven ability to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate collaborations, and elevate brand positioning.
- Experience driving operational excellence, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and leading on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and asset valuation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
