Job description
The Senior Executive - Human Capital is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment activities in a dynamic environment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates for assigned brands. This role includes end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, collaborating with brand management teams, coordinating visa and travel logistics, and leading induction activities. The position supports HR operations, including addressing employee-related matters, preparing weekly recruitment updates, and executing special projects. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to talent acquisition strategies while building relationships with educational institutions and recruitment vendors to sustain a robust candidate pipeline.

Key responsibilities
- Recruiting and headhunting for assigned brands
- Manage the sourcing, selection, offer, negotiation, and administrative tasks of full lifecycle recruiting
- Conduct interviews via phone, Skype, or face-to-face and conduct technical tests when needed
- Achieve brand hiring targets and recruitment objectives
- Conduct background verification of shortlisted candidates
- Collect visa documents and coordinate with Visa coordinator
- Maintain strong relationships with Brand Management Teams to understand staffing needs
- Provide hiring trend insights and recruitment tool suggestions to brand teams
- Implement cost-effective and timely staffing strategies
- Use multi-channel sourcing to develop a diverse candidate pool
- Refer quality candidates to support brand business growth
- Liaise with recruitment consultants for agreements, bulk hiring, and coordination
- Support HR Head in hiring for senior-level positions
- Liaise with colleges/institutions for potential interns
- Send visa copy and joining invitations to new hires
- Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation for overseas candidates
- Arrange IT equipment and access tools for new back-office employees
- Participate in employee issue discussions as needed
- Provide weekly recruitment status updates to General Managers
- Undertake specific HR-related projects as assigned
Experience & skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or human capital roles
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in high-volume hiring environments
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms and sourcing tools
- Familiarity with visa processes and international recruitment logistics
- Experience coordinating onboarding and induction processes
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Experience liaising with recruitment vendors and educational institutions
