Job description
The Manager IT Pillar role operates within the energy engineering and EPCI industry, supporting critical IT functions across enterprise systems and applications. The position requires an in-depth understanding of Enterprise Architecture, ERP systems, and IT pillar concepts, with strong exposure to EPCI business applications, Oracle ERP, and integration technologies such as Dell Boomi. The role is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise integrations by understanding business processes and ensuring seamless connectivity across systems. It includes driving the adoption of new software development technologies, establishing enterprise standards, and defining governance processes. The Manager IT Pillar leads data conversion efforts within ERP programs and manages IT programs using the PMO Tollgate process, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, budgets, and business plans. The role also oversees enterprise applications support, ERP implementation, and application support services while managing teams of business analysts and system architects. Additional responsibilities include developing IT strategy and execution roadmaps, operating within global and cross-functional matrix environments, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. The role directly impacts service delivery quality, operational effectiveness, and the IT team’s ability to meet performance and timeliness objectives in complex energy infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture for integrations by designing and implementing end-to-end seamless integration solutions aligned with business processes and enterprise systems
- Drive adoption of new technologies to accelerate software development and improve IT pillar effectiveness across ERP and enterprise applications
- Develop enterprise standards and establish governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability of IT systems and integrations
- Manage data conversions within ERP programs ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business requirements
- Oversee IT programs using PMO Tollgate process to ensure structured execution, compliance with policies, and alignment with business plans and budgets
- Manage teams of business analysts and system architects to deliver enterprise architecture, integration, and application support solutions
- Supervise enterprise applications support including ERP implementation and ongoing application support services
- Lead implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with organizational policies and procedures across IT operations
- Ensure all team members understand and fulfill their responsibilities regarding policy compliance and procedural adherence
- Ensure timely completion of mandatory training requirements for self and team members
Experience & skills
- Obtain Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Demonstrate minimum 10+ years of experience in IT supporting EPCI business applications, ERP systems, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology solutions in a Manager or Lead administrator role
- Demonstrate experience building integrations with Oracle ERP leveraging Dell Boomi
- Demonstrate experience working in a global or cross-functional matrix environment
- Demonstrate experience developing IT strategy and program execution roadmap
- Demonstrate experience managing budgets within IT programs or enterprise environments
- Demonstrate experience in ERP systems implementation and enterprise application support
- Demonstrate expertise in enterprise integrations, data conversion processes, governance frameworks, and PMO Tollgate process execution
