Job description
The Client Service Professional Services Lead will be responsible for driving strategic execution and operational excellence of Visaās Client Services Professional Services across the CEMEA region. The role focuses on onboarding, implementation, and client success activities, leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring delivery of high-impact engagements across Implementation, Managed Services, Education Services, and Optimization Services. This hybrid position is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and client-centric leadership. The Lead will activate and execute the CEMEA CS Professional Services Charter, align initiatives with key objectives and growth targets, and ensure cross-functional collaboration with Client Services, Sales, and Visa Consulting & Analytics. Responsibilities include supporting Sales and Revenue Operations, overseeing commercialization strategies for bundled offerings, and managing large-scale client engagements. The role requires leading client success initiatives, upsell strategies, and pilots, while promoting growth through Managed Services and Large Client Education programs. The position also includes designing and delivering training programs, maintaining service catalogs and pitch materials, and applying best practices in client communication. The Lead will collaborate with finance and operations teams to track revenue targets, OPEX allocations, and manage pipelines. They will monitor strategic program performance, lead governance efforts, and support staffing and resource planning across service lines and regions. The ideal candidate has 10ā13 years of experience in client services or professional services within technical consulting or financial environments, expertise in program management, B2B enablement, and a deep understanding of Visaās Managed Services offerings. Technical skills in Power BI, automation, and data visualization are expected, along with familiarity in AI and GenAI applications within client services.

Key responsibilities
- Drive strategic execution and operational excellence of Visaās Client Services Professional Services across the CEMEA region
- Lead the activation and execution of the CEMEA CS Professional Services Charter and align initiatives with key business objectives and growth targets
- Ensure strategic initiatives are clearly communicated and understood across internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across service lines, Client Services, Sales, and Visa Consulting & Analytics teams
- Support Sales Operations and Revenue Operations efforts and contribute to achieving professional services targets under OKRs
- Oversee commercialization strategies for bundled services and packaged propositions
- Serve as the point of contact for strategic client engagements, coordinating delivery across internal teams
- Lead client success initiatives, upsell strategies, and pilot projects to strengthen client value
- Drive growth through Managed Services and Large Client Education programs across CEMEA
- Design and deliver training programs covering the full range of professional services and implementation best practices
- Develop and maintain service catalogs and client pitch materials using presentation best practices
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to set and track revenue targets, OPEX allocations, and manage pipeline activities
- Monitor strategic program performance, lead governance initiatives, and oversee performance metrics

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience or Advanced Degree (Masterās, MBA, JD, MD, PhD) with 7ā10 years of experience; 13+ years total relevant experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in client services, professional services, or strategic program management, ideally within technical consulting environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements across regions
- Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and deliver strategic client outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting sales operations, revenue management, and program commercialization
- Proficiency with Power BI, data visualization tools, and automation technologies
- Familiarity with AI and Generative AI applications in client services and analytics
- Understanding of Visaās Client Services and Managed Services offerings such as Disputes Operations and Rule Management
- Industry experience in banking or financial institutions
- Expertise in program design, learning and development, consultancy/advisory, and capability building
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, multinational environment with global and regional coordination
