Job description
Salesforce's most strategic customers in Saudi Arabia are deploying agentic AI inside their own environments, and this Riyadh-based Forward Deployed Engineer builds those systems hands-on. Working alongside a Deployment Strategist who shapes AI strategy, you own technical delivery from architecture decision to production handoff. Agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration and deterministic guardrails are designed and shipped on the Agentforce platform. Data lifecycle work spans model design, processing pipelines and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and customer platforms. Hard technical blockers, from integration failures to performance regressions, are routed to you because of a record of solving them. Cursor, Claude and Salesforce coding tools such as Vibes are part of the daily workflow, and your patterns often become the team's reference. Other engineers learn through code reviews and pair sessions, and field insights go straight to Product and Engineering to shape the Agentforce roadmap. Travel to customer sites happens as needed. Expect to bring 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery, expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex, production LLM experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, deep Salesforce platform knowledge and business-level Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions from architecture decisions through production handoff
- Design and ship agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration and deterministic guardrails on the Agentforce platform
- Manage the data lifecycle, including model design, processing pipelines and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and customer platforms
- Resolve complex technical blockers such as data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns and performance regressions
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly, judging which decisions can wait and which must be right first time
- Codify patterns, reusable assets and internal frameworks into playbooks for the wider organisation
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions and shared work
- Provide senior technical depth on at-risk or strategically critical deployments
- Surface field insights directly to Product and Engineering to inform the Agentforce roadmap
- Partner with the Deployment Strategist to translate complex business challenges into agentic solutions that ship
- Pilot emerging AI tools, models and frameworks and share learnings with the team and customers
Experience & skills
- Bring 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud or SaaS
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex, and working knowledge of the others
- Show experience integrating LLMs into production with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices
- Apply deep data modeling, processing and analytics experience across platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake or Databricks
- Possess deep Salesforce platform expertise across Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows and Salesforce APIs
- Offer experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable frameworks, playbooks or internal tooling
- Communicate clearly and credibly with engineering peers, customer architects and executive stakeholders
- Speak Arabic and English at business level proficiency
- Travel to customer sites as needed
- Add Salesforce certifications, DevOps/CI-CD, observability or data governance experience (nice to have)
