Job description
The Creative Solutioning Manager role within Mastercardās Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) sits in the Services organization and is responsible for defining, positioning, and scoping in-house creative marketing solutions for Mastercard clients across the region. The role focuses on working closely with Sales Business Leads, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) product and commercialization leads, Marketing Services leads, and internal stakeholders to identify client opportunities for new CA&E engagements, secure business growth, and drive incremental revenue through creative-powered Marketing Services solutions. The position ensures creative engagements are scoped effectively to meet client needs while avoiding third-party cost exposure and supporting cost governance and profitability objectives. The role is accountable for composing customized, client-ready solutions that integrate creative services into broader Mastercard Services bundles, supporting market expansion and embedding ACD as a trusted partner in new and existing markets. Responsibilities include leading project brief scoping, defining deliverables, timelines, and costings, reviewing and presenting strategic creative recommendations alongside Creative Strategists, shaping engagement strategies for market entry, monitoring early execution of projects, and supporting leadership initiatives related to internal enablement, awareness, and process improvement. The role also delivers structured stakeholder reporting combining quantitative performance metrics and qualitative insights, ensures alignment across cross-functional teams, supports regional leadership in driving adoption and positioning of ACD services, and operates in accordance with Mastercardās information security policies, confidentiality standards, and mandatory security training requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the scoping of project briefs from Marketing Services and internal stakeholders, defining deliverables, timelines, and cost structures
- Ensure creative solutions are positioned effectively to meet client needs while preventing third-party cost exposure
- Partner with Marketing Services and Sales teams to align internal stakeholders and clients during project setup and execution
- Review, analyze, and present strategic, result-driven creative marketing recommendations in collaboration with Creative Strategists
- Compose customized creative solutions for key clients as part of broader Mastercard Services bundles
- Support entry into new markets by shaping engagement strategies, monitoring early execution, and embedding ACD as a trusted partner
- Prepare and deliver monthly stakeholder reports combining quantitative metrics with qualitative updates such as case studies and internal initiatives
- Support EEMEA leadership initiatives including internal enablement, awareness campaigns, and process improvements
- Support the EMEA Creative Solutioning Lead in driving growth, positioning, and adoption of Advisors Creative Desk services
- Ensure adherence to Mastercard information security policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandatory security training
