Job description
Noon Academy is an ambitious edtech reinventing school in Saudi Arabia with 14 million students across the Middle East, Egypt, and Pakistan using Noon to ace high-stakes exams like Qudurat & Tahsili; the company is well-funded, profitable, backed by leading Saudi VCs and family offices, and following a Series B round in 2023 has grown to be one of the largest education providers in Saudi Arabia, now laser-focused on building the next generation of schools and reimagining education through cutting-edge tech, peer learning, and physical spaces. The Corporate Finance Manager acts as a key partner to the CFO to help fundraise upcoming debt and equity rounds, prepare for IPO, conduct financial data analysis, and prepare for board meetings; responsibilities include developing and maintaining long-term financial models and rolling forecasts aligned with strategic goals, conducting valuations and sensitivity analysis of Noonâs key business lines, analyzing variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts and highlighting risks and opportunities, preparing and presenting financial reports including KPIs, variance analysis, and trends, building dashboards and reports for management, investors, and banks, preparing and maintaining pitchbooks for investors, and managing investor roadshows, leading follow up, and maintaining investor relations. The role is office-based full-time in Riyadh (near the Boulevard). Requirements include 2-3 years of experience from Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Valuation services; advanced Excel model building expertise with large dataset experience; Tableau/Power BI a plus; advanced PowerPoint skills to enable creation of dynamic pitchbooks; fluency in English with Arabic greatly preferred. Experience & skills
- Bring 2-3 years of experience from Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Valuation services.

- Use Tableau or Power BI (a plus) to support analytics and reporting.
- Apply advanced PowerPoint skills to create dynamic pitchbooks.
- Be fluent in English; Arabic is greatly preferred.
